Joseline Cruz is a native Houstonian, and earned a degree in Finance as a first generation college graduate from the University of Houston-Downtown. She chose a career in finance to help expand her community's financial literacy. As a first generation Latin American and the eldest child, Joseline has navigated many firsts. Navigating through college on her own along with the mentors she met along the way gave her the mindset that anything is possible.
Upon graduating, Joseline found it challenging to integrate into the business side of finance, but shortly thereafter, she had the pleasure of meeting, Genesis Loera, Financial Advisor at ROA Partners. Genesis has been an integral role model and mentor, inspiring and encouraging Joseline to continue to grow in her career. Joseline now supports the business of multiple advisors at the firm. Working alongside successful advisors has helped expand her knowledge and motivates her to one day make the same impact in her community.
